2017-2019 Draft Operating Budget now ready for campus review

Colleagues,

Western`s proposed 2017-2019 Operating Budget is now ready for your review. It has been a very long process. Thank you for your patience.  

Utilizing input from the UPRC and the campus, the Deans, Vice Presidents and President have put together a budget draft for one final campus review prior to action by our Board of Trustees. Please find the proposal here.  

As you can see, the budget ended with better outcomes than the plan under development we saw during the process.  The engagement of many in the political process was critically important.

Thanks again for your patience, for your engagement in the budget process, and for advocating for Western to achieve the funding essential to sustain our excellence.
